Description
EOS 350DEF 28mm f/1.8 USM
F-stop: f/5.6
Exposure: 15 sec.
ISO: 400
Used a R72 ir filter and a tripod. Oh, and the normal IR edit. Shoot at my summer vacation house.
Enjoy.

A few suggestions:
Exposure is not ideal. Some trees are burned, but the sky is underexposed. Try a better time of day.
Play a little with the channel mixer. I'd get rid of as much red as possible.
Work a little more on composition.
Keep experimenting. IR photography is great fun.
edit: one more thing I wanted to write: make sure your view finder is covered, so that 'normal light' does not go in.
